Search "Winterboard" in Cydia

Winterboard can be summarized as a themeing tool. This small yet powerful app allows the user to change everything such as; icons, wallpapers, dock, status bar. Created by Saurik aka Jay Freeman it is now the leading tool to theme your 2.X iPhone or iPod Touch.

You will of course need a Jailbroken device with cydia installed. See our guide here.

To install a theme on your device follow these instructions.

download winterboard - start cydia - goto search - type winterboard - select and install it by clicking install
download themes - goto sections - here you will find all the theme sections start with Themes(*****) - select one you should see a preview screen shot, if you like it install it
enable theme - start winterboard by hitting icon on desktop - select the theme you will get a check mark, then hit the home button

Your phone will re-spring and your new theme should be in effect.

	JohnnyKickass -  Winterboard is superb.It's really quite strange that Apple didn't think of making themes themselves when they produced the ipod touch and iphone...

	aaron flythe -  well, when i search out for winterboard in cydia, it dosent come up. so is there a source fr it or somthing? whats up?

	hipidy -  ive downloaded it 3 times now and after my iphone reboots the icon doesnt appear am i doing something wrong? do i need to manually reboot the iphone or does the reboot from cydia count?

	tobias -  when iphone goes to recovery mode after jalibreake is because a safty appel have make and it is ind all the phone there havde been sold after week 39 his year. sorry my english is not that good
